The story
Château de Jeunesse was founded around a simple idea: make the clothes we wanted to wear, with a focus on materials, fit and product rather than heavy branding.
Over the past two years, we have taken the brand from idea through development and production, working across cashmere, leather, cotton and other materials.
The first collection included cashmere sweats, leather pants and a leather jacket. The summer collection expanded into hats, T-shirts, sweatpants, shorts and pants, all developed and produced in New York.
Alongside the collections, we have developed and continue to produce custom and one-off pieces, allowing us to work more directly with materials, construction, fit and individual product concepts outside of a standard collection structure.
We also built the physical side of the brand through summer pop-ups, with the Sag Harbor pop-up selling out.
Château remains an ongoing independent project and the foundation of much of the product-development experience behind V.S.
